Booking criteria-  

 Booking your holiday –   Your contract in respect of your Holiday made with The trip Adventures registered in India and all booking is subject to these terms and conditions.

All communication of    the comapany are done through   email and phone number. The booking is done through an authorized person

Your booking plans include – Select a tour, Provide necessary   information of travel plan  And   submit your booking.

Price Policy –

The Company has the right to inform any change in price.  Customer is binding under govt law such as giving tax cess and duty etc.

Advance Payment – if a person made an advance payment then you will get a voucher.

Booking Confirmation Amount – after booking done by the user we will check availability hotel & Transport. if the availability is  not possible  in same category we will give you refund


Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy 

The Trip Adventures will work on booking cancellation request only if we receive a cancellation request from users at least.

The trip adventure policy is very clear. A cancellation charge will implement from the date we receive payment.

  • Earlier to 47 days or more: 30% of amount will be deducted from the total package amount
  • Between 46 and 28 days of departure: 45% of amount will be deducted from the total package amount
  • Between 27 and 19 days of departure: 60% of amount will be deducted of total package amount
  • Between 18 and 14 days of departure: 75% of amount will be deducted from the total package amount
  • 13 days prior to date of departure: 100% amount will be deducted of total package amount.
  • In case of no show, no refund will be given
  • Airfare nonrefundable

Note: for the chrimas & New Year period from 20th Dec to 5Th Jan and April 15th to July 10th the payment is nonrefundable (Holi & Diwali)

Note to Guest: The Trip Adventures will not be responsible for any mishappening arising due to certain circumstances like a landslide, road block, bad weather.

Hotels / Homestaysare boutique, camp & tent, Cottage, rooms, and washrooms are clean and hygienic.

Sometimes dry pits are used for toilets due to cold weather and sewerage not operational. the trip adventures not responsible in this case.
